Trust Matters Financial Planning was delighted to receive Business All-Star status for an impressive fifth consecutive year from the All Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) in Croke Park this week.

This remarkable achievement underscores Trust Matters’ steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional financial planning services with a focus on building trust and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.

According to Lead Auditor for the Foundation, Kieran Ring, the most important criterion for receiving Business All-Star accreditation for five consecutive years “is sustained excellence and continuous improvement across all aspects of business operations.” He says, “Trust Matters has consistently demonstrated excellence through its core values of trust, people first, respect, honesty, professionalism, empathy and 7-star service.”

The Foundation recognises that under the leadership of founder and CEO, Andrew O’Loughlin, Trust Matters has cultivated a unique approach that emphasises personalised financial solutions tailored to the diverse needs of their clients. Their expertise in handling complex financial scenarios with bespoke solutions that meet individual client circumstances and needs has not only retained customer loyalty but also attracted a large number of new clients seeking reliable and comprehensive financial advice.

Achieving Business All-Star status consecutively highlights Trust Matters’ role as a leader in the financial services sector, inspiring trust and confidence among clients and peers alike. Their ongoing commitment to excellence and ethical standards sets them apart and propels the entire industry forward.

Commenting on the accolade, O’Loughlin says “it is an honour to be recognised by the All Ireland Business Foundation, an organisation which is itself, run by fantastic people. I want to thank them and my work family. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by a hard working, dedicated team who want nothing but the best for each and every one of our clients.”

The AIBF is an independent national body that identifies and acknowledges the country’s most ambitious and visionary businesses. As the accreditation body for the Business All-Star mark, the AIBF recognises Best-In-Class Irish businesses.
