Andrew O’Loughlin
Founder & CEO

As CEO Andrew leads the strategic growth of the business in a dynamic financial sector. He is an authentic leader, embodying passion for the company and its values. He’s also a sporty type with a love for golf and skiing which is accentuated by a wide range of vibrant attire.

Jan O’Loughlin
Marketing Director

Jan drives brand growth through diverse marketing strategies, supporting strategic decisions and communications. Known for innovative ideas and humorous accents, she enjoys tea to counter her cold hands, finding warmth in hiking the Wicklow hills and exploring sunny locales.

Fionán O’Sullivan
Director - Employee Benefits

With multinational and Irish market expertise, Fionán leads Trust Matters' Employee Benefits division, specialising in retirement solutions, group risk, and health insurance. A former hurler, Fionán uses his team skills to boost office morale with bear hugs and lots of laughter.

Sarah Milne
Head of Operations & Compliance

Sarah is guardian of client interests, ensuring that Trust Matters complies with Central Bank of Ireland regulations, while overseeing office operations and policy implementation. A dynamic team player, she enjoys diverse tasks, balancing work with family life, football, art, cooking, and running.

Conor Jordan
Head of Financial Planning

As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Conor delivers the highest standard of excellence in financial planning to Trust Matters' private clients. Besides developing bespoke plans to meet their unique needs, Conor fuels his passion for challenges by embracing adventurous travel and diverse sports.

Natalie Murphy
Administration Manager

Natalie, a meticulous admin maestro, ensures client files are pristine and queries are swiftly answered. With over 20 years in financial services, she's a pro at organizing personal affairs. When not dotting 'I's' and crossing 't's', she wields her knife in the kitchen, cooking up TLC-infused dishes.

Lisa Byrne
Head of Employee Benefits & Financial Services

Lisa, an affable financial guru, thrives on personal connections. She offers group employees a tailored, personal service to help achieve financial success outside of their company benefits. When off duty, she cherishes family time and enjoys reconnecting with nature in her beloved Wicklow.

Monica Kelly
Administrator - Employee Benefits

A seasoned pension administrator, Monica supports our busy Employee Benefits team by managing group client queries and liaising with life companies on proposals. She values teamwork and oversees a dynamic admin environment. In her spare time, she indulges in crime novels and tayto!

Rowan Allpass
Private Client Administrator

Rowan brings depth, diversity and a whole new perspective to our administration team. He’s a system-savvy operator who examines client files with a fine-tooth comb. Hailing from warm South African climes, Rowan is passionate about cricket but now sadly plays more defense against the Irish weather than the bowlers!

Behind his warm smile lies a man of many talents, whether with a paintbrush or a frying pan, he creates exquisite works of art.

Buddy
The Best Boy

Buddy's role involves meeting and greeting clients, rolling on his back for tummy rubs and peeping through the glass to smile at clients during meetings. In recent years he has taken an interest in sales and has a high conversion rate. His spare time is spent in the park sniffing out squirrels.

Currently, the only legal obligation on you is to offer your employees access to a Pension Solution. As Ireland's simplest pension option, PRSAs meet your legal requirements effortlessly. With recent legislative updates, PRSAs now offer enticing tax benefits and investment diversity, ideal for ambitious business owners and senior professionals planning their retirement journey.

Auto-enrolment

Due to launch at the start of 2025, auto-enrolment will ensure employees, not currently saving for retirement, are automatically enrolled in the Government Auto-Enrolment pension scheme thus encouraging long-term savings and retirement planning. Employees already participating in your Pension solution will be exempt from being included in it, once certain criteria are met.
