EXISTING BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

I started my career in the finance sector in 2023, assuming the role of Customer Service Executive at Mars Capital. Here I began my pursuit of the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification. Presently, I am an Accredited Product Adviser (APA) specialising in Loans, having achieved Distinctions in QFA modules completed to date.

My commitment to professional development persists as I continue my studies for the QFA qualification through Trust Matters, a business I was attracted to because it is dedicated to fostering both professional and personal growth.

Drawing upon a foundation of motivation, attention to detail, and adept interpersonal skills cultivated through prior roles, I look after administrative tasks and ensure operational efficiency to support Trust Matters effectively.  Emphasising camaraderie (we love to laugh) and client-centric values, Trust Matters resonates deeply with my professional ethos and is the perfect place for me to grow.

Outside of work, I live an active lifestyle fostered within my sport-oriented family, primarily centred around tennis. I also enjoy hanging out with my dog, Chico, and going to the gym.
