DIRECTOR – EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SOLUTIONS

My background in the Corporate Pensions and Benefits industry started in 1995. Since then, I have dedicated my career to designing, managing and co-ordinating Benefit arrangements for small, medium and large corporate clients. I have assisted numerous organisations to navigate the dynamic landscape of employee benefits and to stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.

Over the course of my career, I have held a range of senior positions in a number of Employee Benefit businesses. Most recently I was a shareholder in Acumen & Trust DAC prior to its sale to Irish Life Group Plc in early 2020. My commitment to providing tailored solutions has earned me a reputation as a Trusted Advisor, helping clients make informed decisions to enhance their Employee Value Proposition.

I am very excited to join Trust Matters in 2024 to head up the brand-new Group side of the business. This role allows me to continue to do what I love which is providing advice and support to new and established businesses in the area of Employee Benefit provision in Ireland. Trust Matters will allow me to use my extensive knowledge and personalised approach and continue to make a lasting impact on Irish Benefits consultancy sector.

As a former Inter-County hurler, I am a keen supporter of all things GAA (up Laois!) and I enjoy the odd round of golf or two. But my real happiness comes from spending time with my finaceé and 3 kids who have a talent for keeping me busy.
