Sarah Milne QFA LCI


I started my career in Bank of Ireland, working in HR but moved quite quickly to administrative support in their life assurance arm, New Ireland. Here I got a taste for financial service working first with new business and then with existing business where I was the point of contact for brokers. I now manage the Trust Matters office overseeing administration and implementing policies for the benefit of our customers and staff.

I recently received my Professional Diploma in Compliance and was promoted to Head of Compliance. Safeguarding our clients is everything, and compliance is the main component to achieve that. I love my work, we have great clients who have become more like family and friends. It’s a very personal business.

Outside office hours, I live with my husband, our two wonderful boys and our dog. In my spare time, I help out in the kids’ soccer club and I also enjoy running.
